A fee is charged only for the most challenging credit solutions, and it's especially under those circumstances that a mortgage professional can do for you what your bank cannot.
Not all mortgages are the same. In many cases the best mortgage rate comes with a contract that does NOT work for YOU. It is important to understand the fine print of your mortgage. I ensure my clients know what they are signing for. Your mortgage is about you, and meeting your needs, not your bank.
